Customer Service Representative - Desjardins Insurance Agent Team Member

Responsibilities:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.

Requirements:

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate,) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Love being appreciated and recognized
• Willingness to work in a low stress environment with reasonable hours and work conditions
• Proactive in problem-solving
• Dedicated to awesome customer service
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers
• Property & Casualty license (OTL license preferred/must be able to obtain) *Agency will pay for all licensing and training

Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 Including Salary, commission, Bonus and Benefits
